Alaska ProStart Invitational
The 2018 Alaska ProStart Invitational will be held on February 10th, 2018 at the UAA Lucy Cuddy Hall. Please join us for a day of exciting culinary drama!
10+ teams from high schools around Alaska will compete to win the chance to go to the National ProStart competition in Providence. RI. They must, among other things, prepare a three course meal (with two identical plates) on two butane burners in 60 minutes. It's like Iron Chef for high school students!
We also raffle off each of the dishes prepared for you to taste! Raffle tickets are $1 and proceeds go towards a Fun Day for the winning teams while they are at Nationals!
