Bread Oven Building Workshop
Learn how to build a wood-fired bread oven at Calypso! You will build an oven together, gaining the skills to construct your own oven at home for baking delicious pizzas, bread and much more! There will be a lunch break; please bring lunch, water and whatever snacks you might need!
WHEN: Friday, May 18th from 6 – 9pm, Saturday, May 19th from 10 – 5pm and Sunday, May 20th from 10 – 5pm
WHERE: Calypso Farm & Ecology Center
COST: $150 members, $225 non-members.
