Cake Finishing with Kenzie of Fire Island Bakeshop

Come learn the Fire Island basics of cake decoration! In this class you will learn how to take the bakery's signature chocolate cake and finish it like a pro! You will also spend plenty of time practicing piping techniques to make rosettes, shells, roses, beading, and lettering. Finally, you will use all of these skills to adorn your cakes as you like. Participants will leave class with a cake of their own and the knowledge to decorate many more!
