Cheese 101 in Ketchikan

Help support the many programs and events of the Arts Council at this fun two-hour class. This class will give you more confidence at the cheese counter. Taste your way to an understanding of the different styles of cheese making, milk type, flavors, history, traditions and more. YUM! Call the Arts Council at 225-2211 by September 29 to reserve your spot or purchase tickets online! Tickets are $40/each, seating is limited.
