Mary and Kate both make their living and lives talking about food. Mary Smith is the owner and editor-in-chief of Edible Alaska, a quarterly print magazine and digital presence that celebrates Alaska's local food scene. Kate Consenstein is the owner and principal of Rising Tide Communications, a food-forward public relations and marketing agency.
Special Guest Chef Scott Fausz from Alyeska Resort will be brinigng his sweet pastry skills to the party as well! Come hungry...
A portion of the proceeds will be donated to Sea A Cure, a campaign for professionals and friends of the Seafood Industry to raise funds for cancer, heart disease, and diabetes.
