The unholy marriage of permaculture and plasticulture. Can you imagine a high tunnel filled with a magical forest of good things to eat? By mimicking nature we can create a garden in our tunnel that (mostly) maintains itself while giving us healthy food to eat.

Head to the Homer Folk School for this informative class!

Learn about permaculture, food forest philosophy, the layers that make up your forest, food and medicine ground covers, plant families, and perennial succession.

Instructor: Robin McAllister, a Homer Folk School Board member, is certified in permaculture and has been experimenting with a food forest in her high tunnel for several years now.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Registration for this class means that you have read and accept Homer Folk School's policies on refunds, media releases and liability waivers.
