Pickling & Fermenting with UAF Cooperative Extension in Juneau

Sauerkraut, kimchi, vinegars, and pickled or fermented vegetables - come learn the basics of lacto-fermentation and vinegar pickling for both homemade snacks and digestive health. This class is for all experience levels.

Registration, class and supply fees must be received as soon as possible and at the latest December 13, 2017.  

B.) Student will need to purchase ahead of time and bring to the class: 12 - wide mouth, half pint jars and 2 quart jars. (Class size is limited to 12 students.)
