Julia O'Malley

Julia O'Malley is an Anchorage-based freelance journalist and blogger who writes about food, culture and the environment in Alaska. Her work has appeared in Saveur, The Guardian, National Geographic and the newly released anthology "Made of Salmon." She is also Atwood Chair of Journalism at the University of Alaska Anchorage. She was nominated for a James Beard Award in 2015.
