Corks & Hops began as a dream for Chef Jason Hemphill thirty years ago. He says, “I spent the early years of my career working in restaurants and cooking on the North Slope, learning to respect food and the people behind it.” Later, he transitioned into the wine, beer, and spirits business, traveling the world, studying with master sommeliers, walking the rows of vineyards and standing inside cellars that had seen generations. He fell in love with the way food and drink bring people together.
