
Cranberry Brie Bites

Ingredients
- Prepared frozen phyllo dough (6 sheets), thawed
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 6 ounces Brie
- 1 cup cranberry chutney
Instructions
To make the phyllo cups:
- Lay thawed phyllo dough on a clean counter and cover with a damp towel. Place 1 sheet on your work surface. Brush with olive oil, top with another sheet, and brush again. Repeat until you have a stack 6 sheets thick. Cut the stack into squares to match the number of wells in your mini muffin tin (typically 24).
- Press each square gently into a muffin cup. Bake at 350° F for 10 minutes, until golden. Use immediately or freeze for later.
Assemble and bake:
- Place a ¼-ounce chunk of Brie in each phyllo cup. Top with 1 teaspoon cranberry chutney.
- Bake at 375° F for 10–15 minutes, until the Brie is melted and bubbly.
