Harvest Gin Hot Toddy
Ingredients
- Hot water
- 1 and 1/2 ounces Harvest Gin
- 1 teaspoon local honey
- 1¼ inch thick round lemon slice
- 8-10 cloves
Instructions
- In a coffee/cocktail mug, combine honey and gin. Stir well. Fill the mug almost to the top with hot water and stir again to combine. Insert a clove into each section of the lemon slice and one in the center. Float the “lemon wheel” on the cocktail and serve.
