Carrot Beet Punch

Carrot Beet Punch

Beet juice and carrot juice up the healthful nature of this punch. Juicing your own Alaska-grown root vegetables will give you the best flavor, but you can also find organic beet and carrot juice in the health food section of most local grocers.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups carrot juice
  • 1 cup beet juice
  • 3 cups lemonade
  • 2 ounces lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons turmeric
  • 2 teaspoons ginger juice
  • 2 ounces Anchorage Distillery vodka, optional

Instructions
 

  • Place the turmeric in a pitcher and add your ginger juice, mixing together until there are no clumps. Add the carrot juice, beet juice, lime juice, lemonade and stir. 
    The punch can be made ahead for a brunch or party, just make sure to stir before serving.
    Optional: Put 2 ounces of Anchorage Distillery vodka in a low ball glass over ice and top with punch.
