
Creamy Dreamy Chickweed Machine-Y Spread

Ingredients
- Several cups fresh chickweed, washed and drained
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, minced
- 1–3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon crushed black or white pepper
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar (or other vinegar)
- 2 tablespoons tamari or soy sauce
- 1 cup cashews, soaked in water for several hours
Instructions
