Heated Hare

Servings 1 Cocktail

Ingredients
  

  • ¾ ounce freshly juiced carrots
  • ¾ ounce blue agave syrup (1 part agave, 1 part water)
  • 1 ounce fresh lime juice
  • 2 ounces Teremana Blanco Tequila
  • 4–5 dashes habanero tincture (infuse finely chopped habanero in vodka for 3 days)
  • Tajin
  • Fresh rosemary
  • Sliced lime

Instructions
 

  • Combine ingredients in cocktail shaker, shake with ice for 10 seconds, strain into a cocktail glass with Tajin rim. Add ice. Garnish with rosemary through a lime wheel.
