
Kombucha Shandy
Summertime calls for a light refreshing beverage and this one fits the bill! Part light beer (say pale ale or pilsner), part citrus beverage (in this case, lemonade kombucha), all thirst-quenching. We suggest using King Street Brewing Company's pilsner or Denali Brewing Company's Agave Gold golden ale for an Alaska shandy.

Ingredients
- 8 ounces light beer (such as pale ale, pilsner, or golden ale)
- 8 ounces citrus-flavored kombucha
Instructions
- Fill a chilled glass halfway with your beer of choice. Fill the remaining half with your citrus-flavored kombucha. NOTE: While we suggest a half-and-half ratio, you can adjust it to suit your taste.
