
Alaska Cocktail
Make Julia O’Malley’s version of an Alaska Cocktail, developed when she was researching historic recipes for her book, The Whale and the Cupcake.
Ingredients
- 2 ounces Amalga gin
- 1 ounce yellow chartreuse
- 2 dashes Angostura orange bitters
- Lemon twist
Instructions
- Combine gin, chartreuse, and bitters in a shaker with ice. Strain into a chilled glass. Serve with a lemon twist.
