Rhubarb French 75

Bring on the celebrations! For a non-alcoholic version, substitute soda water for the bubbly and leave out the gin.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 ounce rhubarb syrup
  • ½ ounce lemon juice
  • 1 ounce gin
  • 3 ounces Prosecco or Champagne
  • Lowbush cranberries, for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Pour rhubarb syrup, lemon juice, and gin into a Champagne glass and stir. Pour Prosecco or Champagne over top. Garnish with a few lowbush cranberries.
