
Rhubarb French 75
Bring on the celebrations! For a non-alcoholic version, substitute soda water for the bubbly and leave out the gin.
Ingredients
- 1 ounce rhubarb syrup
- ½ ounce lemon juice
- 1 ounce gin
- 3 ounces Prosecco or Champagne
- Lowbush cranberries, for garnish
Instructions
- Pour rhubarb syrup, lemon juice, and gin into a Champagne glass and stir. Pour Prosecco or Champagne over top. Garnish with a few lowbush cranberries.
