Rosemary-Infused Honey

This sweet and savory infused honey tastes great drizzled over a hunk of blue cheese. Keep some extra in the refrigerator to have on hand for suprise guests; it lends a unique flavor to cocktails, sodas, pancakes, and more. Save it in a pretty jar and you can use it as an instant host/hostess gift. 

Ingredients
  

  • 3/4 to 1 cup honey
  • 2 to 3 sprigs fresh rosemary
  • pinch salt

Instructions
 

  • Combine the rosemary, honey, and salt in a small saucepan. Bring to a slow simmer on medium heat and let cook for about 10 to 15 minutes. Strain and serve honey warm or store in the refrigerator for up to 3 weeks.
