Shrub and Soda Cocktail
Instructions
- For a basic shrub and soda, fill a glass with ice, pour some club soda over it until glass is about ¾ full, finish filling it with shrub, and gently stir for a refreshing, fruity or vegetal drink. I like to garnish the shrub and soda with either some of the leftover whole fruit that is now pickled, or fresh or dehydrated fruit and veggies that were incorporated into the shrub.
