Smoked Pepper Pork Bake

Meal planning doesn't have to be a chore! This easy, nutritious sheet pan recipe is perfect for a busy week. Cinnabar Smoke Spice Blend adds smoky flavor, while Onion Obsession and Aleppo Pepper add a zing! Mix up the ingredients to make the most of your pepper bake.
Servings 4 Serving(s)

Ingredients

  • 3 Tbs Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil, divided
  • 1½ Tbsp. Cinnabar Smoke Spice Blend
  • 2 tsp. Aleppo Pepper Crushed
  • 1 Tbsp. Onion Obsession Spice Blend
  • ½ butternut squash (approx. 2 cups) cubed 1" pieces
  • 1 lb center cut pork chops, cubed (or protein of choice)
  • 1 lb asparagus spears

Instructions

  • PREPARE a baking tray with olive oil spray, parchment, or a non-stick mat.

ADD butternut squash and pork to the tray. Drizzle with 2 Tbsp. Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil, then sprinkle with Cinnabar Smoke Spice Blend and Aleppo Pepper Crushed. Toss lightly to coat.

BAKE pork and squash for 15 mins. at 375°F.

MEANWHILE, coat asparagus spears with 1 Tbsp. Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil, then sprinkle with Onion Obsession Spice Blend. Toss lightly to coat.

REMOVE tray from oven and add seasoned asparagus. Return to oven for 10-12 mins. (or until asparagus is tender).
Mix things up: Swap squash for zucchini or onion wedges, or asparagus for green beans. Try different proteins! Substitute 1 lb of turkey tenderloin or 1 lb chicken breast if desired.
