Ingredients
- 250 ml Joseph Cartron Cacao Liqueur
- 1 rounded teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon powdered nutmeg
- 1 small pinch cayenne pepper
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients, and sous vide at 135℉ for 40 minutes. Allow to cool, then strain through a coffee filter.
