Equipment

  • 1 sous vide setup

Ingredients
  

  • 250 ml Joseph Cartron Cacao Liqueur
  • 1 rounded teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon powdered nutmeg
  • 1 small pinch cayenne pepper

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients, and sous vide at 135℉ for 40 minutes. Allow to cool, then strain through a coffee filter.
