UAF’s CTC Culinary Arts and Hospitality Program provides lifechanging opportunities for students to build careers while living in a unique and dynamic community. We offer two 9-month certificate degrees that can be earned at the same time, as well as an Associates of Applied Science in Culinary Arts and Hospitality. Courses that are not skills-based convene online, allowing for flexible schedules.

By joining the UAF CTC Culinary Arts and Hospitality Program, you will learn in the kitchen on your first day. You’ll develop skills while working with ingredients from Alaska and around the world. Program opportunities include:

• Study abroad in Florence, Italy
