Check out the Kenai Local Food Connection's big annual event - the 5th annual Harvest Moon Festival, a week of festivities centered around local foods and farms. This year's theme is A Community that Cooks. From cooking demonstrations to nature walks and keynote speakers, there's something for everyone. A week full of events highlighting and celebrating local food - wild harvested and farmed - on the Central Peninsula.
