Homemade Egg Roll Class with Jennifer Nu
Join Alaskan food writer and cooking instructor Jennifer Nu in the kitchen and learn to make homemade eggrolls! Jennifer has been making eggrolls with her mother and aunt since she was a young child. After over a decade of living in Alaska, cooking up eggrolls with friends and family has been a fun way to bring back old memories, make new ones, and enjoy a tasty Chinese-American snack that uses local meat/fish and vegetables.
