TCC is kicking off a series of Cultural Traditions Workshops with a Jam Making workshop with Dixie Alexander! Join Dixie for hands-on experience making, tasting and canning Alaskan blueberry, cranberry, rhubarb jam and ice cream syrup. Leave class with a recipe and a jar of jam!
