Carissa Pearce

Carissa Pearce, an Anchorage-born cocktail mixologist and recipe developer, started The Fermented Alaskan five years ago. She teaches mixology classes at Anchorage Distillery and elsewhere, and she also mixes for special events. Carissa recently made it to the semi-finals in the Bacardi Legacy Cocktail Competition in Seattle. Find her on instagram @thefermentedalaskan.
