Karen Miovas is married to an avid fisherman. From Georgia to Palau to Alaska, she's adapted her kitchen to pan fried trout, giant trevally sashimi, and now all things salmon and halibut. She loves food--growing, harvesting, cooking, and eating. Karen is a senior manager of organizational communication for Providence Health & Services.
