Mili Vukich

Mili Vukich is a second generation drift gillnetter from Naknek, Alaska (F/V Nexus). She’s passionate about the Bristol Bay sockeye salmon run and seeing the fishery flourish economically, environmentally, and socially. She’s pursuing other fisheries, and most recently has started a direct marketing company with her man, Mike. They are inspired to see Alaskan commercial fishermen all around create a competitive high-quality, domestic market, so that the wild fisheries in America are valued and respected at their worth.
