Ingredients
- 2 ½ cups flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast
- 1 cup cooked pumpkin (canned or fresh)
- 2 tablespoons molasses
- ½ cup vegetable oil
- 1 large egg
Preparation
Combine all ingredients to form a stiff dough. Roll out ¼ inch thick and cut into shapes. Bake at 350° for 12 to 15 minutes or until done.
Store in the refrigerator.
