For the tartar sauce
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1½ teaspoons yellow mustard
- 2 teaspoons sweet or dill pickle relish, your choice
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Couple dashes Tabasco sauce (optional)

To make the tartar sauce. Stir together mayo, mustard, relish, lemon, and, if desired, Tabasco.
