Enjoy this not-too-sweet and refreshing cocktail using homemade rose syrup from one of our favorite Anchorage bloggers, Alaska Knit Nat.

Ingredients

SERVINGS: 1 Cocktail
  • 2 ounces gin
  • 1.5 ounces rose syrup
  • squeeze of lemon juice
  • soda water

Preparation

In a chilled glass with ice cubes, add the gin and rose syrup.

Top with soda water and a squeeze of lemon.

Stir and serve immediately.
