Rosemary-Infused Honey

This sweet and savory infused honey tastes great drizzled over a hunk of blue cheese. Keep some extra in the refrigerator to have on hand for suprise guests; it lends a unique flavor to cocktails, sodas, pancakes, and more. Save it in a pretty jar and you can use it as an instant host/hostess gift.
