Fresh365 is Soldotna’s first year-round hydroponic farm, located on Whistle Hill adjacent to Addie Camp and brew@602. They provide healthy, fresh, locally-grown greens and herbs to their restaurant and the community year-round. “Stemming” from the desire to supply the community with fresh greens and herbs during the nine months of the year when produce is outsourced and not often fresh, they have changed the community’s outlook on how great greens can actually taste! Fresh365 operates as a custom-built insulated container with vertical towers, growing produce and herbs hydroponically inside a computer-controlled environment. This allows optimum growing conditions year-round, regardless of outdoor weather conditions. They offer a selection of greens, lettuces, herbs, and microgreens for purchase. Order online.
