Ian C. Hartman

Ian C. Hartman is an associate professor of history at the University of Alaska Anchorage. He writes on race, culture, and public policy in the American West. He has most recently partnered with the National Park Service to write a Black history of Alaska. He has also served as president of the Cook Inlet Historical Society and on the Board of Directors for the Alaska Historical Society.
