Mary Smith
Mary Smith is the editor and founder of Edible Alaska. She is a 17-year veteran of the seafood industry who has held almost every seafood-related job available. A graduate of the Culinary School of America with a BA in creative writing from Northland College, Smith looks forward to continuing to explore how we define ourselves through food. She does not hide her love of the Green Bay Packers.
