Ingredients

- 4 strips bacon, chopped
- 8 each hard-boiled eggs, peeled and chopped
- 2 tablespoons minced green onion
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1 teaspoon yellow mustard
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons sour cream
- 1/2 teaspoon Alaska Salt Co. salt & vinegar
Preparation
Brown the bacon and drain on a paper towel, reserving the fat for a later project.
In a large bowl combine the cooked bacon with the eggs, onion, celery, mustard, mayonnaise, sour cream, salt, and black pepper. Mix well, taste, and adjust seasonings.
