Ingredients
- 2 ounces Amalga Distillery gin finished in Pineau des Charentes casks
- 1 ounce handmade Winter Spiced Alaska Amaro
- 2 dashes Angostura bitters
- 2 tablespoons whole milk (to add a smooth mouthfeel)
Preparation
Add all of the ingredients to a jar, and let it sit and curdle for 1 hour. Using a coffee filter, strain into an ice-filled jar. Stir and strain into your favorite coupe glass and enjoy!
