Ginger Kombucha Marinade

Kombucha is the perfect ingredient for all your backyard grilling! Use this marinade for a tasty pork chop that you can also whip up on the stovetop.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup kombucha
  • 1/4 cup neutral oil (such as vegetable oil)
  • 1 tablespoon minced fresh ginger
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • salt and pepper

Preparation

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Stir until well combined. 

Place your meat or veggies into a zip-top bag. Pour the marinade into the bag and seal. Gently shake to coat meat or veggies with marinade and place in the refrigerator for 8 to 24 hours before grilling.
